Hammonasset TU Catch & Release Golf Tournament 2008

Make your plans today to join us for the 6th Catch & Release Golf Golf
Tournement June 7, 2008. Please check out the attached flyer for details
and the attached player application form.

This tournament is unique, as you must earn your handicap by catching and
releasing a trout from the Farmington River and each is worth - 2 strokes
off your team golf score. You don't have to be a great fly fisherman either;
we've seen guys who haven't fished in twenty years catch five trout on worms
and spinners.

The same goes for the golf, you don't need to be a single digit handicap
golfer, its a best b all format. Regardless, its about having fun for a good
cause, all proceeds benefit the Hammonasset Chapter of TU, and our
conservation, and youth education initiatives.

The last four events ended in a tie, leaving it up to a putting contest to
establish the winner. So gather a foursome, or we can place you with one,
but either way you will be glad you did because there is nothing like
playing in the Catch & Release Golf Tournament!

The deadline for entry is May 5th, I hope to see you out there. Entry forms
are attached.
We are looking for players, sponsors, and donations for our raffle tables.
